Peter Koikara
Fr. Peter Koikara (Shabu Thomas) who hails from Pazhanganadu village of Ernakulam district in Kerala, was the firstborn of Mr K.P.Thomas and Mrs Annakkutty Thomas. He graduated in Commerce and did his Masters in Sociology from from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. After completing Philosophy from Pontifical Urban University, Rome and Theology from Paurastya Vidyāpīṭham, Kottayam, he was ordained priest on 01-01-2000, by Cardinal Varkey Vithayathil. He has authored many books as well as poems and articles on different subjects. He is a multifaceted person and has won many awards and honours for his skills.

Peter Koikara is a multifaceted person who conducts counselling, vastu consultation, underground water finding, social work among tribals, environmental protection activities and research in traditional medicines.
